120-Day Housing Program

Our 120-day program is designed to provide assistance and support to families trying to break the cycle of homelessness. We recognize that families need a solution and individualized case plan, not just free shelter and food. In the 120-day program, each family stays in a furnished two-bedroom apartment with no charge for rent and utilities. Residents are required to save a minimum of 50% of their income in a trust account and engage in our wraparound services: case management, therapy, and employment services to ensure they develop the proper tools for a sustainable and independent future. Clients must be agree to be focused, committed and engaged. We believe in offering our clients a hand-up and not a hand-out.

1-Year Housing Program

Upon the successful completion of the 120-Day program, some clients may access our continuum of care through 1-year housing. Clients are expected to pay 30% of their income for rent, as well as utilities. Wraparound services are based on self-accountability to ensure that clients transition from low-functioning dependency to sustainable, community contributors. Each household is required to continue saving 20% of their income to prepare for their exit.

Extended Housing Program

Qualified clients that have completed the 1-year program and have become productive members of society can apply for our Extended Housing apartments, upon availability. This is to continue to help our clients become self-sufficient community contributors. Each household is required to continue saving 10% of their income and are encouraged to continue working toward a sustainable exit into a home of their own.
