Pacific Lifeline

Dial (909) 931-2624 or visit Provides a long-term housing program for women and children survivors of domestic violence. Must call and speak with a case manager to receive housing assistance. Located in Upland, CA. Office hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.

Upland Community Resource Center

Dial (909) 579-2461 or visit; Provides rental assistance, veteran's affairs, medical emergency assistance, at-risk youth support, housing resources, and more. Must call and schedule an appointment. Located in Upland, CA. Office hours: Monday-Thursday 9am to 3pm.

Inland Valley Hope Partners

Dial (909) 622-3806 or visit; Provides transitional shelter to families with children, seniors, and domestic violence survivors. Proof of income & ID required for walk-in assistance. Located in Pomona, CA. Office hours: Monday-Thursday 9am to 5pm.

Mary's Mercy Center (aka Veronica's Home of Mercy)

Dial (909) 888-9064 or visit; Provides walk-in services including showers, hot meals, and food/clothing/dental assistance. Transitional housing is available. Social security card, driver's license/ID, and birth certificate needed. Located in San Bernardino, CA. Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.

Option House

Dial (909) 381-3471 or visit; Provides emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence (men, women, & children). Must call the 24-hour hotline and do a phone screening to receive assistance. Located in San Bernardino, CA. Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Path-Of-Life Ministry Shelter

Dial (951) 275-8755 or visit; Provides emergency shelter and some walk-in services to men, women, & children. ID is required to receive services. Located in Riverside, CA. Office hours: 24 hours.


Visit; Provides support for overcoming substance misuse. Individuals can hear stories from people with similar life experiences, discover the answers they need for recognizing and dealing with substance misuse, and locate support.

Make the Connection

Visit; Connects veterans, their families and friends, and other supporters to mental health information, a tool for finding local mental health resources, and videos of veterans sharing their inspiring stories of recovery.
